We have a great new member joining rate for 2025. Join for €430 + €28 Golf Ireland fee for the year. Dungarvan Golf Club has lots to offer everyone. We have an excellent Pro Shop for all your equipment needs, our PGA Professional David Hayes who along with giving great golf advice gives lessons to beginners and seasoned golfers. We have a range of competitions and casual golf options for all types of golfers.

Our beautiful bar and restaurant are very popular where Tom and his team serve delicious breakfasts, lunches and evening meals daily.  We have plenty of social events throughout the year and also weekly bridge, cards, book clubs, day trips and visits to other golf courses. SUNDAY SOCIAL SCRAMBLE

Our next scramble is scheduled for Sunday Feb 9 with a shotgun start at 2.30 pm.
These scrambles are open to all members. The time sheet is open. If you are free the scramble is a lovely way to spend the afternoon.  Just go online and book your place.

MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS 2025

Our Membership Renewal Invoices have gone out to all members by email. We encourage members to pay in full or set up a payment plan using our BRS Memberships system. Please contact the office if you require assistance with this or if you had difficulty receiving the email.

MIXED SPRING LEAGUE 2025

The Mixed Spring League is underway! Please check notice board in the locker rooms to get your team information.  Regular updates will be given during the course of the competition. We are looking forward to a fun competition to keep us active as the evenings are starting to brighten up.

Our Youngones are back this Wednesday 29^th January with a full timesheet. Results from last week 1^st Ina Considine (24) 16pts, 2^nd Breid Scanlon (38) 15pts, 3^rd Celia Power (27) 14pts.

60.COM

We had a great turnout for our 60.Com competition on Wednesday January 22^nd. Despite recent poor weather the course was in excellent condition. As a result of this we had great scoring. The winners were: 1^st Stephen Lynch 23pts, 2^nd Jack Elstead 21pts, 3^rd John G Moloney 20pts. If you are interested in social golf, and are over 60 years of age, then join us any Wednesday by putting your name on our timesheet.

FUN FRIDAY FOURSOMES

Storm Eowyn put paid to our foursomes last Friday morning. However, we are hopeful to be back this Friday (Jan 31). We play nine holes of Scotch Foursomes with a shotgun start at 9 am. It is open to all members and is a real social event with coffee and a chat later.

WINTER GOLF LESSONS
These lessons in Tinhalla Driving Range with our resident PGA professional David Hayes take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings. It is a new initiative this year and the feed-back is amazing. Thanks to those who participate and a huge thanks to David Hayes for his expertise. 

LOTTO RESULTS

We had our weekly Lotto Draw on Friday 24^th January The numbers drawn were 4, 19, 23 and 27. The jackpot was €5,400, and there was no winner. The jackpot is €5,500 for the next draw. We had three match 3 winners – Coffee Five, Celia Power and Michael Morrissey – who win €34 each. The next draw will take place on Friday 31^st January. Thank you to everyone who supports our Lotto. Tickets can be purchased on our website or in our clubhouse. All funds raised are used to develop our course.

BRIDGE

Bridge takes place every Friday at 11am in the clubhouse – all are welcome to join us.
